I.症例1
Ishemic etiology for manifestation of the episodic hearing loss observed in our two patients with aneurysm in the cerebello-pontine angle was discussed. An analysis was also made in the responsive area for contribution to hearing loss with an aid of electrical response audiometry (ERA).
The first case was a 48-year-old man with aneurysm located in the right anterior inferior cerebellar artery at the internal auditory meatus. This case was of interest because of its rarity in location, but also of the unusual course of the symptoms.
