Two cases of hemangioma of the skull were presented in this paper.
Case 1. A 63-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of a complaint of a small firm elevated area of the left parietal region. Physical examinations were normal except for this lump. The laboratory findings were normal and no neurological deficits were found. Plain skull films showed a 3×3cm honeycombed lucent defect in the left parietal bone and sunray appearance in tangential views. The vascular rich tumor, which contrasted sharply with the surrounding bone, was removed en block. Postoperative course was uneventful.
