Ⅰ．はじめに
頸部動静脈疲は大部分，外傷性に発生し，先天性と考えられる例は少ない．さらに，特発性脳内血腫を合併するという報告例は，極めて稀である．われわれは，上行咽頭動脈と内頸静脈との交通を有し，特発性脳内血腫を合併した症例を経験したので，若干の治療法に対する考察を加え報告する．
The authors reported a case of congenital cervical arteriovenous fistula with intracerebral hematoma.
The patient was a 52-year-old man, who had no particular events in the past and family histories.
