Ⅰ．緒言

　脳神経から発生する頭蓋内神経鞘腫は，殆んどが，聴神経originのもので，その他は，三叉神経が注目されており，残りは例外的に腫瘍を発生させるにすぎず，又あっても殆んどが，von Recklinghausen病の一部としてみられるにすぎないと言われている^22），我々は，舌咽神経又は，迷走神経より発生したと考えられる頸静脈孔神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので報告する，尚，この症例では，現在のところ，von Recklinghausen病は認められていない．

This report is a case of intracranial reurinoma of the jugular foramen. A 21-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with complaints of headache, nausea, tinnitus on the left and deafness on the left.

The neurological examination revealed bilateral choked disc, Bruns Cushing nystagmus, hearing disturbance on the left, slight disturbance of vestibular function on the left, diminished gag reflex on the left, curtain sign on the left, loss of taste on the posterior third of the left side of the tongue, and deviation of the tongue to the left on protrusion, accompanied with atrophy and fasciculation on the left.
