  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

Although many authors suggested vascular compression of venous system under increased intracranial pressure, exact site and mechanism of compression is remaining still obscure. By previous report, we clarified that vascular compression gradually takes place in lateral lacuna of superior sagittal sinus as intracranial pressure is elevated. The present study was designed to find out pressure gradient of venous pathway between cortical vein and superior sagittal sinus.
