色素異常・剛毛・浮腫・免疫グロブリン異常などを伴なう慢性多発神経炎

A review of the syndrome of polyneuropathy, anasarca, skin changes, endocrinopathy, dysglobulinemia and organomegaly in Japan

はじめに

　1968年深瀬ら^1）により本症候群を呈する1症例が発表されて以来，わが国において同様の症状を呈する症例がつぎつぎと報告され，約10年後，20〜40症例をもとに総説が種々行なわれているが^2〜6），今回厚生省神経疾患研究委託費のもとで組織された「末梢神経の変性と再生過程に関する研究」班が行なった全園アンケート調査から88症例を得ることができ，それに文献例7例を加えたところ，多くの新しい情報を得ることができた^7）。ここではこれらの症例をもとに総説することにする。

Abstract

A review of syndrome with polyneuropathy, anasarca, skin changes, endocrinopathy, dysglo-bulinemia and organomegaly in Japan was carried out on the basis of the reports on 95 patients with this syndrome; 88 patients of them were obtained from a nationwide survey of this syndrome performed by the Polyneuropathy Research Com-mittee of Japan, supported by the Japan Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the other 7 patients were collected from the literature in Japan.
