脊髄自動反射の臨床と病態機序に関する知見補遺

Reflexes of spinal automatism: Clinical investigation and its possible refiex mechanism

I．はじめに

　脊髄自動反射（防御反射）に関する人の臨床病理学的知見はMarie et Foix（1912）^13），Babinski（1915^2），1922^3））の研究によるところが大きい。成書にまとめられているところもその多くはこれらの知見に基づいているが，しかしその中にはかなり本質的なところで再検討を要するものがあるように思われる。

　これまでの見解によれば，脊髄自動反射は錐体路障害による下肢の運動麻癖に伴なって発現するといわれている。すなわち，脊髄自動反射は脊髄がほんらい持っている自律的な反射機構が錐体路障害のために上位よりの抑制から解放（脱抑制）されることによって顕現化したものというのが従来の一般的な理解である。しかし，これでは説明し難い臨床上の問題があり，本稿では脊髄自動反射の臨床と病態機序について従来とは別の視点から検討を加えた。

Abstract

　It has been generally thought that the reflex of spinal automatism appears on the basis of pyramidal involvement showing motor weakness of the lower extremity. However this is doubtful from our clinical observations. The present investigation on the reflexes of spinal automatism was carried out from the other viewpoint.
