はじめに
2006年4月から1年間ドイツ，ベルリンのCharite Campus Virchow-Klinikum(CVK)を訪れる機会をえました．CVKにおける肝門部胆管癌の術前画像診断，術前胆道ドレナージと外科切除の現状についてご報告します
