　患者は45歳，女性。1998年6月，左側腹部痛を主訴に当科を受診した。DIP，腹部CTにて左腎・尿管結石および右腎腫瘍が疑われ，同年7月，経腹膜的右腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的診断で，右腎腫瘍は腎子宮内膜症であった。術後1年を経過した現在，再発を認めていない。本症例は，腎臓に発生した子宮内膜症としては本邦で初めての報告例と考えられた。

A 45-year-old woman visited our clinic with a complaintof left flank pain in Jun, 1998. DIP and Abdominal CTrevealed left renal stone, left ureteral stone and a rightrenal mass. Further examination of the right renal masssuggested renal cell carcinoma. Transperitoneal rightnephrectomy was performed in July, 1998. Histologicalexamination revealed endometrial glands and stroma. Oneyear after the operation, CT scan showed no abnormalities.To our knowledge, a case of renal endometriosis has notbeen reported in Japanese literature, and our present patientis considered to be the first case.
