体外衝撃波砕石術により発症した下大静脈血栓症

THROMBOSIS OF THE INFERIOR VENA CAVA AFTER EXTRACORPOREAL SHOCK WAVE LITHTRIPSY (ESWL): A CASE REPORT

　症例は62歳の男性。右側腹部痛を主訴に当科受診した。右尿管結石の診断にて体外衝撃波砕石術（ESWL）を施行した。術後行われたCTにて下大静脈血栓を認めた。凝固異常などの基礎疾患はなくESWLが原因と考えられた。抗凝固剤の内服による治療を行ったところ，約3か月後には血栓は消失した。

A 62-year-old man with rt. ureteral stone underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). After the treatment, CT showed the thrombosis of the inferior vena cava (IVC). Thrombosis was the result of ESWL since there was no obvious abnormality in blood coagulation and hemolytic system. After anticoagulant therapy for three months, thrombosis of the IVC disappeared.
