左腎・尿管・精管・精嚢腺欠損と右精管良性腫瘍の合併した1例

CONGENITAL ABSENCE OF THE LEFT KIDNEY, URETER, SEMINAL DUCT AND VESICLE COMPLICATED WITH BENIGN TUMOR OF RIGHT SEMINAL DUCT. Report of a Case

Ⅰ．緒言

　排尿困難および血精液症を主訴とした患者に先天性左側腎・尿管・精管・精嚢腺欠損と反対側精管良性腫瘍を合併するまれな1症例を経験したので，その文献的考察とともに報告する。

A 24 years old male with the chief complaint of hemospermia and dysuria vistied our clinic and was diagnosed as congenital left solitary kidney by varoius urological examination such as cystoscopy, I.V.P., pneumoretroperitoneum, renal arteriogram and exploratory laparotomy. 175 cases of solitary kidney were collected from Japanese literature and discussed.

This was also complicated with defect of ureter, seminal duct and vesicle of the same side and benign tumor (leiomyoma) of the entire left hypoplastic seminal duct. 40 cases of congenital defect of seminal duct were collected from the Japanese literature and was discussed.
