尿路奇形の合併をみたゴルツ症候群

GOLTZ SYNDROME WITH URINARY TRACT ANOMALIES:A CASE REPORT

　1歳2ヵ月，女児。生下時より外表奇形（皮膚形成不全・合指症・足形成不全・耳介低位など）を認め，小児科より左腎無形成および右水腎症にて当科を紹介された。エコー，IVP,CT，逆行性腎盂造影および皮膚生検を施行し，ゴルツ症候群に伴う左腎無形成および右腎盂尿管移行部狭窄症と診断した。自験例は右腎盂尿管移行部狭窄症に対して右腎盂形成術を施行した。

A case of Goltz syndrome in a 1-year-old girl with urinary tract anomalies is reported. She showed thecharacteristic skin manifestations, syndactyly, cleft foot and ear anomary. The urinary tract anomalies wereleft renal aplasia and right pyeloureteral junction stenosis. We performed right pyeloplasty.
