無形成腎より発生した腎癌の1例

RENAL CELL CANCER ARISING FROM AN APLASTIC KIDNEY

　62歳，女性．主訴は左背部痛，体重減少．CTにて輪状石灰化を伴う左萎縮腎を認め摘出した．病理組織診断は無形成腎に発生した腎細胞癌であった．術後早期に多発性肺転移を起こし，転帰はきわめて不良であった．本症はきわめてまれな疾患で，自験例は文献上3例目と考えられた．

A 62-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of left back pain and body -weight loss. Computed tomography and angiography revealed a left atrophic kidney accompanied by a ring -shaped calcification. Left nephrectomy was performed. The pathological report showed renal cell cancer arising from an aplastic kidney. This case is quite rare and seemed to be the 3rd reported in Japanese literature.
