睾丸破裂後の陰嚢水腫

HYDROCELE INDUCED BY TRAUMATIC RUPTURE OF THE TESTIS: A CASE REPORT

　陰嚢水腫を呈した外傷性睾丸破裂の1例を経験したので報告する．患者は18歳，男性．交通事故による陰嚢部外傷の2ヵ月後，陰嚢水腫をきたし穿刺をうけるも再発，手術により睾丸破裂と判明し，除睾術を施行した．本邦報告例132例を検討したが，本症例のように血腫を伴わず陰嚢水腫を呈した症例は見あたらなかった．早期診断早期手術の必要性から，血腫を伴わなくとも，陰嚢部外傷の既往のある症例では，睾丸破裂を念頭においた積極的な検索が必要であると考えられた．

A 18-year-old male with left recurrent hydrocele testis consulted our department. He had a traffic accident 2 months before. Open surgery revealed rupture of the left testis and orchiectomy was performed. One hundred and thirty-two cases of testicular rupture have been reported in Japan, but there has been no case with hydrocele testis induced by rupture of the testis. Since early diagnosis and operation are important, rupture of the testis should be suspected even if in case without hematocele.
