　新たに開発された診断用画像処理装置を用いて，左腎細胞癌症例で腎，肋骨，体表の三次元動画表示を行った．まず，視点を3度ずつ変えた画像を44枚作成した．それらを診断用画像処理装置TDS−02Aに転送した．TDS−02Aは投影像を88枚までメモリー内に保持することが可能で，それらを瞬時に次々とCRT上に表示することにより，アニメーションと同様に動画表示できた．動画表示では，視点が連続的に変化することにより，腎と肋骨との距離のように静止画ではつかみにくい関係も捉えやすくなった．

In the three-dimensional display method applied to the cases of renal carcinoma as already reported, kidney and ribs were displayed by, surface method and body surface by wire frame method. The display was useful for the simulation of nephrectomy. The three-dimensional display seemed useful to choose an appropriate incision with minimum invasion and maximum exposure. Furthermore, animation display makes the recognition of the relationship between several organs such as the distance between the kidney and ribs easier.
