肝直接浸潤を経て癌性腹膜炎を生じた腎細胞癌

Peritoneal carcinomatosis due to direct liver invasion arising from renal cell carcinoma : A case report

　76歳男性．食欲不振を主訴に受診となる．心房細動にてワルファリンを内服していた．腹部CT検査では右腎に血流に富む直径10cm大の腫瘍が肝臓へ直接浸潤しており，また腹水貯留および腹腔内に多発する腫瘤を認めた．右腎細胞癌，肝直接浸潤，癌性腹膜炎の診断にてスニチニブを導入するも，入院から26日後，腹腔内出血で死亡した．

Abstract

A 72-years-old man was admitted to our hospital with chief complaint of appetite loss. Warfarin had been administered for atrial fibrillation. Computed tomography (CT) showed the right renal hypervascular mass 10cm in diameter which had direct invasion to the liver, large ammount of ascites and multiple abdominal mass. Molecular targeted therapy with sunitinib was started. However patient died from intra-abdominal bleeding 26 days after admission to hospital (Rinsho Hinyokika 70 : 543-546, 2016).
