女性尿失禁の実態調査

ACTUAL CONDITIONS OF FEMALE STRESS INCONTINENCE

　公立学校女性教員717人に対しアンケートによる尿失禁の実態調査を行つた。334人（46.6％）に尿失禁の経験がみられたが，その多くは調査時に，自然寛解していた（寛解率77.2％）。年台間の比較では，尿失禁の経験頻度に有意差はみられなかつたが，若い年台群では，より多くの自然寛解がみられた。尿失禁の誘因としては，くしやみが最も多く（77.7），なわとびや，走るなどの体動によるものがこれに続いた。出産との関係では，経産婦群では59.3％，未産婦群では34.3％に尿失禁の経験があつた。経産婦群の年齢や，出産回数と尿失禁との間に相関はみられなかつた。しかし，下着をとりかえる例は出産回数の多い群により多くみられた。

We investigated into the actual conditions of stress incontinence of 717 female school teachers in Tokyo Metropolitan area. Three hundreds and thirty four females had experiences of stress incontinence (46. 6%), but most of them had spontaneously recovered from these conditions at the time of our investigation (77. 2%). The rate of experience of stress incontinence as a whole was not age depend-ent, however high recovery rates were found in the groups of younger females.
