IMPLANTATION OF INFLATABLE PENILE PROSTHESIS FOR ORGANIC IMPOTENCE

緒言

　インポテンスの治療としてプロステーシスを利用する手術療法がわが国においても徐々に普及している。しかし，現在までのところ，そのすべてがnon-inflatable penile prosthesisの挿入手術であり，inflatable penile prosthesis　（以下IPPと略す）の植え込み手術の報告には接していない。

　今回われわれは2症例に対してIPP植え込み手術を施行し，良好な結果をえたので，ここに報告し，若干の考察を加えた。

Implantation of penile prosthesis in patient with organic impotence gradually became to be per-formed in Japan. All the cases reported upto date were implanted by non-inflatable penile prosthesis, and none by inflatable penile prosthesis. In our report, we performed implantation of inflatable penile prosthesis AMS 700^TM in two patients with organic impotence and achieved good results.
