ポリープ様形態を呈した腎盂Fibroepithclial tumorの1例

FIBROEPITHELIAL TUMOR OF THE RENAL PELVIS: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　腎盂良性腫瘍，殊に非上皮性良性腫瘍は極めて稀な疾患である。

　今回，われわれは腎盂の非上皮性良性腫瘍のひとつであるfibroepithelial tumorの1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 55-year old woman was admitted complaining of right flank pain. An intravenous pyelography disclosed a filling defect clearly marginated in the pelvis of the left kidney. CT scan and echogram revealed a mass with uniform density in the same place. Other laboratory findings including blood studies and urinalysis were within normal limit. A urinary cytology was Class I. Left total nephrourete-rectomy was carried out under the diagnosis of suspected renal pelvic tumor. In the renal pelvis, there was a yellow elastic polypoid tumor with a thin pedicle originated from the upper infundibulum.
