緒言
尿路結石は，泌尿器科領域において最も多く遭遇する疾患の一つであり，よく再発を繰り返すことや，甚しい場合には，腎機能の廃絶につながるので，その治療は必ずしも容易でない場合が少なくない。
今回，われわれは赤外線分光分析法により結石成分を調べると共に，結石患者の尿中電解質などについて統計的観察を試みたので報告する。
The composition of the urinary calculi and the components of the urine were analyzed in 98 patients from April 1975 to March 1978.
They were 57 cases of calcium oxalate with calcium phosphate stones, 15 cases of calcium oxalate stones, 8 cases of calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate and magnesium ammonium phosphate stones, 3 cases of magnesium ammonium phosphate stones and 2 cases of calcium oxalate and magnesium ammonium phosphate stones.
Urinary tract infection was often seen in patients with magnesium ammonium phosphate stones as well as multiple and recurrent stone formation.
