泌尿器科外傷の臨床的観察—付：腎および尿道外傷の追跡調査

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF UROLOGIC INJURIES WITH A RESULT OF FOLLOW-UP STUDY

はじめに

　泌尿器科の外傷患者はつねつね多く遭遇するものでもないが，交通事故や労働災害に伴つてさまざまな型を経験する。しかもひとたび救急患者として収容されれば，ただちに迅速かつ的確な臨床判断と適切な処置が要求される。したがつてあらかじめ泌尿器科外傷の実状を把握して，事態に対処するのは有意義と考え，ここにわれわれの経験した症例をまとめて報告し，あわせて腎外傷および尿道外傷に関しては追跡調査を行なつて，外傷とその処置の影響についても検討した。

In 11.5 years between Jun. 1963 and Dec. 1974 ninety-one patients (84 males and 7 females) were admitted to the Department of Urology, Niigata University Hospital for urologic injuries. As there were two patients with multiple injuries (the bladder and the urethra as well as the urethra and the male genitals), the numbers of cases with kidney, bladder, urethra and genital injuries were 38, 2, 39 and 14, respectively. The most frequent age distribution was showed to be in the fifth decade.

Of the 38 cases of renal injuries there were 26 contusions, 8 ruptures and 4 fragmentations.
