新潟大学泌尿器科入院患者の統計的観察（第5報）—第4,001例より第5,000例までの統計

STATISTICAL STUDY ON 1,000 IN-PATIENTS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF UROLOGY, NIIGATA UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (REPORT 5)

Ⅰ．はじめに

　新潟大学泌尿器科で扱つた入院患者の統計をこれまで本誌上に第1報ないし第4報として第4,000例まで報告してきたが，今回昭和40年1月から昭和43年9月までに第4,001例から第5,000例を取り扱つたので，これを第5報として報告する。ここで，昭和25年に新潟大学泌尿器科教室が皮膚泌尿器科より分離，独立して以来，5,000例の入院患者を扱つたこととなる。記述の形式および分類は前報にのつとつて行なうが，最後にこれまでの報告例とあわせて，5,000例に至るまでの主要疾患に関する年代的推移を明らかにした。なお，この間昭和31年までは楠隆光教授が主任教授であり，昭和32年から昭和38年6月までは高安久雄教授（現東大教授）が主任としておられ，昭和38年7月以降，著者の一人佐藤が主任となつた。

This is the 5th report of the series on statistical studies of 1000 admitted patient (No.4001-No.5000) from the Urological Department of Niigata University between January, 1965 and September, 1968. The sex and age distribution on each disease and the outline on the tendency of treatment of major disease were observed.

Urolithiasis showed the highest incidence, which counted 232 cases. The tendency of increasing number of cases were seen by prostatic disease, trauma of urogenital organs, post-traumatic acute renal failure and endocrine disease such as of the adrenal.
