女子大陰唇に発生した間葉腫の1例

A CASE OF BENIGN MESENCHYMOMA OF LABIAMAJORA

緒言

　女子の陰唇に発生する腫瘍の種類は多いが，中胚葉あるいは間葉由来の腫瘍は稀である。われわれは女子外陰部に発生した良性間葉腫の1例を経験したので，これを報告し，間葉腫について若干の考察を加える。

Patient was a 36 years old house wife who had a history of painless mass in the right vulva for two years. The tumor was fist sized without tenderness nor ulceration. The surface was smooth. The tumor had no attachment to the pubic bone nor any connection with inguinal canal. The local lymphnodes was not palpable. There was no other urological signs or symptoms. Laboratory findings were within normal limits.

The tumor was extirpated on July 22, 1972. The tumor was well encapsulated and removed en bloc. It was 15. 5x11.5 x 4. 5cm in size and weighed 440g.
