嚢胞状に拡張した形成不全尿管の末端部が射精管に開口した1例

ECTOPIC OPENING OF CYSTIC DILATED HYPOPLASTIC URETERAL END INTO THE EJACTORY DUCT: A CASE REPORT

はじめに

　膀胱症状を呈した患者で膀胱壁内に嚢胞形成を認め，これが射精管と交通のある興味ある症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of ectopic opening of cystic dilated hypoplastic ureteral end into the ejactory duct was presented. The patient was a 18 years-old male who complained of vesical symptom.

Pathogenesis and literature of this condition were reviewed. This case is the second case among such type of ectopic ureteral opening in Japan.
