無顆粒細胞症をきたした1例

A CASE OF AGRANULOCYTOSIS

緒言

　顆粒細胞の減少をもたらす原因には，アレルギー，化学的物理的障害，重症感染症，系統的造血器疾患，Hypersplenism, Banti症候群，悪性腫瘍の骨髄転移などがあげられている。

　われわれは腎切石術々後に薬物アレルギーによると考えられる無顆粒細胞症の1例を経験したので，その経過を報告すると共に発症の原因となつた薬物に関していささかの考察を行なつた。

A 61 year old farmer, recieved aminobenzil penicillin (AB-PC) after nephrolithotomy but was discontinued one week later due to generalized penicillin eruption. CET was prescribed according to the sesitivity test of urine culture for remittent fever and shaking chills, which started 13 days after surgery.

Pain of extremities and stomatitis developed soon after CET was started, and sudden impairment of general condition, was noticed. CET was discontinued on the 17 th postoperative day.
