舌顆粒細胞腫の1例

Granular Cell Tumor of the Tongue

I．はじめに

　顆粒細胞腫（granular cell tumor）は，1926年Abrikossoff^1）が報告して以来，1,200例以上の報告をみる。本腫瘍は身体各部に発生するが，好発部位ば皮膚，口腔などで，50％が口腔に発生するという報告^2）もあり，耳鼻咽喉科領域で念頭に置くべき腫瘍である。しかし本腫瘍の耳鼻咽喉科領域における報告は少なく7例にすぎない。

　最近われわれは舌に発生した顆粒細胞腫の1例を経験し，各科領域より本邦報告例104例を集計しえたので，統計的ならびに文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Granular cell tumor of the tongue in a 14-year-old girl was reported. There were 105 cases of granular cell tumor in Japan and they were carefully reviewed. Incidence of female was almost as twice as that of male. The average age of the patients was 34.2 years. The most common site of the lesion was the skin (32.6%) and then tongue (23.0%).
