緒言
Cowper氏腺嚢腫は本邦では佐藤1）（1918），高島2）（1953）の報告をみるのみであり，また欧米でも少数の報告例がみられるにすぎない。最近われわれの教室で20歳の男子に発生したCowper氏腺排泄管の嚢腫様拡張，すなわち広義のCowper氏腺嚢腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of cyst of the duct of Cowper's gland in a 20 years old man was reported.
His symptoms had consisted of terminal dribbling on urination with residual urine and uncomfor-tableness of the perineum.
Urethrography revealed a cyst of duct of Cowper's gland under the bulbous urethra.
Resection of the cyst was performed by open surgery and postoperative course was exellent.
This case belongs to the bulbar type, classified by Muschat in 1929.
