体外計測法を応用した131標識Sodium Iothalamateによる腎糸球体濾過値の測定

MEASUREMENT OF RENAL GLOMERULAR FILTRATION WITH 131I-SODIUM IOTHALAMATE BY EXTERNAL COUNTING METHOD

Ⅰ．はじめに

　¹³¹I標識Sodium Iothalamate（S．I．）を利用する腎糸球体濾過値GFR測定は現在一般化する趨勢にあるが，筆者らはさきに尿，血液の試料計測法によつてGFRを測定し，同時測定したThio-sulfate 1回静注法による成績とを比較検討し，¹³¹I-S．I．試料測定法が臨床検査法として充分使用に耐えることを発表したが，本編においては同じく¹³¹I-S．I．を用い体外計測法によつてGFRの測定を試みたので諸家の参考に供したい。

The measurement of glomerlular filtration rate by external counting method using I¹³¹ labelled sodium iothalamate was done in 20 cases of healthy and patients with various kidney lesions and werecompaired to the single intravenous injection method using thiosulfate, done at the same time.

Fundamentals of method: The decreasing curve of radioactivity (y) in blood, which was recorded by external counting method at the head and heart using I¹³¹-(S.I.) for time relapaing change, shows two phase which were a sudden drop at the beginning and a gradual decrease after 5 to 10 minutes.
