Ⅰ．緒言
近年原発性尿管癌の報告例は，逐年増加の傾向にはあるが，なお泌尿器科における悪性腫瘍中稀なものの1つであり，また診断困難な疾患であることには変りはない。
私は最近その1例を経験したので報告する。
A case of primary carcinoma of ureter in a 35 years old male diagnosed preoperatively with an unusual x-ray findings for one year was reported.
This is the youngest case with primary carcinoma of ureter in the Japanese literature.
