淋菌性尿道炎に対するアジスロマイシンSR 2g単回経口投与の臨床的評価

Clinical evaluation of single oral dose azithromycin SR 2 g to male gonococcal urethritis

　近年わが国では，淋菌に対する各種抗菌薬の耐性が進んでおり，「日本性感染症学会ガイドライン2011」では注射薬3剤が推奨品とされているが，2009年にアジスロマイシン2g製剤が淋菌の適応を取得した。そこで，男性の淋菌性尿道炎に対するアジスロマイシンSR 2g単回経口投与の臨床的評価を行った。結果は，65例中62例（95.4％）に有効であった。副作用は65例中4例（6.2％）に下痢を認めたが，全例2日以内に改善した。今後の耐性の問題はあるが，現時点においてアジスロマイシンSR 2g単回経口投与は男性の淋菌性尿道炎に対し有効と考えられる。

The effect of single oral dose azithromycin SR 2 g to male gonococcal urethritis is not yet determined in Japan. So, I evaluated the effect in 90 gonococcal urethritis patients. Effective rate was 95.4％（62 out of 65 patients）. Diarrhea as side effect occurred in 4 of 65 treated with azithromycin SR 2 g. But diarrhea was slight. I believe that single oral dose azithromycin SR 2 g is effective to male gonococcal urethritis at present.
