左乳房転移を生じた前立腺癌

Metastatic breast carcinoma of prostatic origin

　患者は78歳，男性。偶然CTで前立腺癌が疑われ，諸検査で前立腺癌・骨転移と診断した。両側精巣摘除術を施行し，内分泌療法にて外来で経過観察としたが，ホルモン耐性となった。左乳房の腫大に気づき受診し，針生検で腺癌と判明し，左乳房腫瘤摘出術を施行した。乳房腫瘤組織は腺癌で，免疫組織学的染色でPSA（＋），エストロゲンレセプター（－），プロゲステロンレセプター（－）であった。前立腺癌の転移性左乳癌と診断した。

　A 78-year-old man with stage D₂prostatic cancer,who had been treated by chemoendocrine therapy,complained of left enlarged breast.A needle biopsy of the mass showed poorly differentiated adenocarcimoma with positive immunohistopathological staining for prostate-specific antigen.The mass was diagnosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma of the prostate carcinoma.The patient died 5month after the diagnosis of brest metastasis.
