70歳男性の陰嚢に生じた本邦第3例目のproliferating trichileinmal tumor（PTT）の1例を報告した．10年前より陰嚢右側に腫瘤が出現し，半年前より急速に増大傾向を示した．臨床的に有棘細胞癌を疑い全摘生検し，病理組織学的には悪性所見を認めずPTTと診断した．
