15歳，女性．合併症としてアトピー性皮膚炎がある．平成5年8月頃より左側乳輪に自覚症状のない栗粒大の丘疹が出現，その後乳頭部に拡大し乳頭腫状病変が生じ，表面が痂皮で覆われるようになった．皮膚生検で，表皮に乳頭腫症と過角化が著明で，角栓形成を認めた．Hyper—keratosis of the nipple and areolaと診断し，5％サリチル酸含有ワセリン外用を行ったが乳頭表面の乳頭腫症は十分改善されなかったため，液体窒素による凍結療法を施行したところ乳頭腫状病変は軽快をみた．本症は国内外ともに報告例が少なく，稀な疾患と考えられ，文献的考察を加えて報告した．
