Dermal duct tumorの報告例のほとんどは中年ないし老年であるのに対し若年に生じた典型例を経験した．すなわち22歳，女性の手関節部伸側に単発した12年の臨床経過をもつ直径3mmの淡褐色で表面平滑の隆起性腫瘤で，病理組織所見より真皮内に限局するエックリン汗管腫瘍（dermal duct tumor）と診断した1例を報告した．
