Greither病と思われる1家系を経験した．1家系で6人の患者が観察され，いずれも紅斑性角化性局面の皮疹を示し，掌蹠の多汗がみられた．皮疹部を電顕的に観察したところ，オドランド小体の減少やkeratohyalin droplet patternなどが認められた．
