多発性Bowen病の1例—当教室における過去11年間のBowen病の集計を含めて

A CASE OF MULTIPLE BOWEN'S DISEASE

　Bowen病を表皮内ガンとする概念が確立されてすでに久しいが，その原因についてはなお漠として明らかでない。

　最近，著者らは砒素摂取の既往のある多発性Bowen病の1例を経験したので，これを報告するとともに，この機会に，慶大皮膚科における過去11年間のBowen病を集計，統計的観察を行ないたい。

A 47-year-old man, who had ever dealt with arsenic drugs more than 20 years ago, was repo-rted as multiple Bowen's disease.

Histologic specimen of the lesion showed remarkable vacuolization of the malpighian cells, but arsenics was failed to be proved. No other malignancy of the skin and internal organs could be detected. ODT with 5-FU ointment showed satisfactory effect.
