ノカルジア症の1例

NOCARDIOSIS

　ノカルジア症は，おもにNocardia asteroidesにより引き起こされる深在性真菌症の1つであり，皮膚に限局するものと，内臓を侵すものに分けられる。皮膚ノカルジア症は腫脹・瘻孔・顆粒排出を特徴とする。内臓ノカルジア症は肺に多く，ついで脳・胸膜・心・腎などにみられ，治療を誤ると致命的である。

　われわれは20年間も続いた皮膚型の1例を経験しトリアセチル・オレアンドマイシン（タオシン：三共）の大量投与により治癒させることができた。以下にそのあらましを報告するとともに，とくに放線菌症との鑑別，ステロイド剤，抗生剤使用とノカルジア症の発症との関連などについても言及したい。

Granules were proved histologically, and the culture was identified with Nocardia asteroides. was sensitive to macrolides, and administration of 2gr. of triacetyl oleandomycin daily for one It and a half month cured the lesion.
