頸部腫瘤を主訴とした顆粒球肉腫の1症例

Granulocytic Sarcoma manifested as a Neck Tumor:A Case Report

　緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域，特に口腔咽頭領域に白血病の部分症状が出現することは古くから知られており，坂口ら^1）による急性前骨髄性白血病の報告や，鈴木ら^2）による髄外形質細胞腫の報告など諸家により報告されてきた。

　顆粒球肉腫（Granulocytic sarcoma）は1811年にBurns^3）により初めて報告された疾患で，骨髄細胞由来の腫瘤形成性腫瘍と定義され，古くは緑色腫（Chloroma），骨髄芽球腫（Myeloblas-toma）と呼ばれていた。この他にも単球由来の単球肉腫や単芽球肉腫もこの範疇に含むのが現在は一般的である^4）。

A 14-year-old man with granulocytic sarcoma (maligant neoplasma constituted by myeloid tissue) presented with the chief complaint of neck tumor. He underwent chemotherapy (BHAC-DMP) and complicate remission.

Bone marrow transmission is scheduled because granulocytic sarcoma has poor prognosis and its recurrent rate is high.
