  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

The first case was a 78-year-old women wills a lesion in the left upper eyelid; the other was a 41-year-old man with a lesion in the right occipital region. Microscopically, both tumors consisted of epidermoid cells and clear cells in variable mixtures, and duct-like structres were occasionally seen. Nodular hidradenomas are uncommon benign tumors that are suspected of arising eccrine sweat glands. This tumor is called by many different names among doctors. The tumors are relatively small, so the second case is a rare case of large nodular hidradenoma.
