A 38-year-old female with Crow-Fukase syn-drome developed nasal bleeding and oral bleed-ing with cough. The patient had multiple hemangioma on the left nasal septum, epiglottis, tip of tongue and skin especialy face, neck and chest. There was no reported cases of heman-gioma of ENT region, however in 30% of pa-tients of this syndrome hemangioma of skin has been reported in Japan. Histopathology of re-moved hemangioma of the nasal septum, epi-glottis and skin showed typical capillary heman-gioma. Though the patient still had several hemangiomas both under the nasal terbinate and larynx, they showed no tendency of enlargment.
