Crow-Fukase症候群（高月病）における多発性血管腫の治療経験

Multiple Hemangioma of Nasal Cavity, Larynx, Tongue and Skin in Crow-Fukase Syndrome:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　耳鼻科医にとって馴染みのない病名であるが，Crow-Fukase症候群あるいは高月病といい（以下，本症候群と略），多発性神経炎を主とし，皮膚変化や性ホルモンを中心とした内分泌障害など多彩な症状を呈する，主として内科に多い疾患がある。30％の頻度で皮膚血管腫が発現し，皮膚科医による考察も数件あるが^1,2），これまで耳鼻科的観点からの報告はなかった。鼻腔，喉頭に発生した血管腫から出血をきたし，手術的治療を必要とした症例に遭遇したので，その治療経過を述べる。

A 38-year-old female with Crow-Fukase syn-drome developed nasal bleeding and oral bleed-ing with cough. The patient had multiple hemangioma on the left nasal septum, epiglottis, tip of tongue and skin especialy face, neck and chest. There was no reported cases of heman-gioma of ENT region, however in 30% of pa-tients of this syndrome hemangioma of skin has been reported in Japan. Histopathology of re-moved hemangioma of the nasal septum, epi-glottis and skin showed typical capillary heman-gioma. Though the patient still had several hemangiomas both under the nasal terbinate and larynx, they showed no tendency of enlargment.
