●低用量シスプラチン動注化学放射線療法は重篤な毒性が少なく，喉頭機能温存に有用であると考えられる。

●現在までに喉頭がんに対する動注化学放射線療法が経静脈的化学放射線療法よりも優れているというエビデンスはなく，喉頭温存の治療オプションの1つとして選択するのがよいと考えられる。
