Dermatopathic lymphadenopathy(DPL)is a reactive lymphadenopathy caused by a variety of skin diseases. Herein, we report a case of DPL-induced atopic dermatitis. The patient was a 44-year-old woman with a chief complaint of multiple lymphadenopathies of the entire body. In her first CT scan, multiple bilateral neck lymphadenopathies were found, and her FDG-PET image revealed a high concentration of FDG in almost all swollen lymph nodes. Furthermore, both the SCCA and sIL-2 ratios were found to be increased significantly. Although malignant lymphoma or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma was initially suspected, the lymphadenopathy disappeared after treatment with anti-allergic drugs.
