Superior canal dehiscence syndrome(SCDS)is characterized by symptoms of nystagmus and vertigo induced by pressure and sound due to the absence of bone covering the superior semicircular canal.

We present the case of a 60-year-old male who has been suffering from vertigo for over 20 years. We confirmed fistula symptoms and Tullio phenomenon. Coronal computed tomography revealed bilateral canal dehiscence;therefore, the patient was diagnosed with bilateral SCDS.

Overall, physicians should consider SCDS as a differential disease of vertigo.
