初診時メラノーシスと診断され2年以上経過したあとに悪性黒色腫と診断された1例

A case of malignant melanoma diagnosed after 2 years initially diagnosed as melanosis

はじめに

　メラノーシスとは皮膚などに多くみられる良性の色素沈着であり，悪性黒色腫とはメラニン産生能を有する色素細胞（メラノサイト）に由来する悪性腫瘍である。悪性黒色腫の発生部位は，皮膚や眼球，消化管粘膜などさまざまであるが，頭頸部領域においても鼻副鼻腔や口腔粘膜に発生しうる。

　今回われわれは，鼻腔粘膜からの生検によりメラノーシスと診断され2年以上経過した後に悪性黒色腫と診断された1例を経験したので報告する。

　Although there are scattered case reports of malignant melanoma accompanied by melanosis of the esophagus and oral mucosa, there were only a few cases of the nasal cavity.

　Primary malignant melanoma of the nasal mucosa presented in mixed with melanosis was rare. If we find mass lesions in the nasal cavity, we need to make careful observation because of the possibility of melanoma mixed with melanosis.
