Ramsay Hunt syndrome(RHS) has been thought to be caused by a reactivation of varicella-zoster virus in the geniculate ganglion, and it could be characterized by peripheral facial palsy, herpes zoster oticus and inner ear symptoms. On rare occasion, lower cranial nerve involvements occur in RHS in addition to these symptoms. We presented a case of woman with RHS with involvements of ipsilateral Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ,Ⅺ and contralateral Ⅻ cranial nerves. This is a rare case because there was only one report of RHS not only with ipsilateral cranial nerve involvement but with contralateral Ⅻ one.
