Ⅰ はじめに
原発不明癌は全癌の数％を占めるとされているが，原発巣の検索や治療方法についていまだ定まった方針があるとはいいがたい。今回われわれは生存中に組織診断が確定せず治療に難渋した原発不明頸部癌を経験したので剖検所見を含めて報告する。
We reported the autopsy case of malignant neck tumor of unknown primary. With several clinical,radiological and pathological examinations,we could not determine the primary site. Final pathological diagnosis with autopsy was unclassified malignant tumor of unknown primary. Combined chemotherapy was relatively effective.
