紅皮症に併発した頰粘膜癌の1例

A case of erythroderma associated with buccal mucosal cancer

Ⅰ　はじめに

　腫瘍性紅皮症は内臓悪性腫瘍と関連した紅皮症で悪性腫瘍の治療後も皮膚症状が難治性の場合は，重複癌の可能性を考慮する必要があるとされ，耳鼻咽喉科領域の癌を合併する報告例^1～5）は少ない。

　今回紅皮症が契機となって発見された頰粘膜癌と胃癌の重複症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を含めて報告する。

　A 83-year-old man presented with intractable erythroderma. Examinations detected squamous cell carcinoma of buccal mucosa and the stomach. The tumor of buccal mucosa was treated with chemoradiotherapy resulting in complete remission.

　Erythroderma also disappeared after control of the tumor. The relationship between erythroderma and solid cancer was suggested. Erythroderma with double cancer is extremely rare and only 2 cases have been reported in Japan.
