当科における鼓膜形成術の治療成績

Clinical study of myringoplasty

Ⅰ．はじめに

　当施設では成功率の高い耳後部切開による鼓膜形成術（従来法）を行っている。また最近では，1989年の湯浅ら^1）の報告以来急速に普及し，その適応も拡大している接着法^2～5）による鼓膜形成術も，症例によっては行っている。今回，その現状と治療成績について報告する。

　We evaluated the outcome of 121 ears with a perforation underwent myringoplasty at National Hospital Organization Kumamoto Medical Center from January 2005 to September 2008. They consisted of chronic otitis media in 93 ears（76.9％）,traumatic perforation 14 ears（11.6％）,residual perforations after the insertion of tympanostomy tube 8 ears（6.6％）and otitis media sequelae 5 ears（4.1％）. Conventional myringoplasty was performed in 118 ears and the simple method with fibrin glue was performed in 3 ears. The success rate was 97.5％ in the conventional method and 66.7％ in the simple method. We succeeded in hearing gain at a rate of 94.2％ in 114 ears.
