良性疾患を疑わせた声門上非扁平上皮癌の2症例

Two cases of supraglottic non-squamous cell carcinoma

Ⅰ　はじめに

　当科での最近10年間の喉頭癌根治治療症例は92例で，97.8％（90例）が扁平上皮癌であった。非扁平上皮癌症例は2例で，それぞれ粘表皮癌と未分化癌であった。いずれも声門上粘膜下病変で，一見良性疾患を疑わせ，摘出により診断された。今回，この2症例について若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Two patients complained of abnormal sensation in the pharyngolaryngeal region. Endoscopic examination demonstrated a supraglottic mass with smooth surface in each case. The mass was suspected to be benign lesion and was excised. The histological diagnosis was mucoepidermoid carcinoma in the one and undifferentiated carcinoma in the other. The patient with undifferentiated carcinoma underwent postoperative radiotherapy.
