鼻腔に発生した血管筋脂肪腫の1例

A case of angiomyolipoma of the nasal cavity

I．はじめに

　血管筋脂肪腫は一種の過誤腫と考えられている。血管，平滑筋と脂肪組織が混在し，通常は被膜をもたない腫瘍であり，腎皮質に生じることが多い^1）。今回われわれは鼻中隔を原発として鼻腔に発生した血管筋脂肪腫の治療を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 63-year-old woman was complaining of a pain of the pharynx, and fiberscope examination revealed a tumor extending from the nasal septum. Tentative preoperative diagnosis was lipoma of the nasal cavity. Under general anesthesia, she underwent endoscopic endonasal surgery. On pathological examination, this tumor was angiomyolipoma. Ten cases of the nasal cavity have been reported previously. This was the first reported case with location of the tumor in the nasal septum. The tumor size（10×8×5mm）was smaller than other tumors reported.
